IMPAIRED SBU’S

Our blind and visually impaired small business units (SBUs) are an integral part of our sustainable training model at Cape Town Society for the Blind (CTSB).

As we moved away from the sheltered workshop model, our SBUs are self-sustaining contributors to the economy and society. 

CTSB offers logistical support such as production support, raw material cutting, marketing, sales, distribution, and continuous cane training to ensure our artisans stay relevant to the ever-changing market trends and needs.
